A A A Ribbon Bike Rack Co., division of Brandir International, Inc. guarantees that all material furnished has been manufactured to its specifications, is of good material and workmanship, and is free from defects. 

A A A Ribbon Bike Rack Co., division of Brandir International, Inc. agrees to remedy any defects which may develop in the material within two (2) years from date of owner’s acceptance unless due to ordinary wear and tear, environmental damage, improper use/maintenance or unusual abuse.
