IDSA – The Industrial Designers Society of America national award for design excellence, given to Steven K Levine for creating the Ribbon Bicycle Rack in 1980.
MOMA – MOMA letter of acceptance into the permanent design collection of
Steven K Levine’s Ribbon Bicycle Rack. Implicit in its acceptance,
the Ribbon Bicycle Rack changed the nature of playground design from
rectilinear to curvilinear form, ushering in an era of innovation and growth in this area.
